Revolation X3210 Version 4.2 is the answer for production facilities. It is made from
stainless steel construction and state of the art technology. The temperature Indicator/
Controller can display the temperature in both centgrade and fahrenheit. It can indicate
and control to 0.2 degree centgrade. It can melt and temper up to 4.5 Kg of chocolate
per hour but more if supplied with molten chocolate.
The Revolation is easy to use and very affordable.
